June Meeting
1. Magic Draft Tournament:
The room has been changed and flyer is also updated.
2. Constitution revisions:
Procedure for filing a grievance
(1) Communicate with the person that is the perceived cause of the grievance.
(2) If the issue is not resolved, talk to an officer about the issue. Then that said officer is to obtain a record of both sides of the story, make a decision on said issue or arrange an officer meeting to discuss and vote on the issue.
(3) Issue still not resolved, go to the president and have an officer meeting with all officers, including others causing the issue. Put to a discussion and voted.
(4) If said issue is not resolved, then the officer shall bring the issue at the next open guild meeting and display the record to the members for resolution.
(5) If the issue is not dealt with at this point, talk with the guild’s advisor about the issue with all involved parties. Then decision made.
(6) If the issue is not dealt with, talk with the Guild officers and the campus SDC (Student Development Coordinator) about issue and decision with other causing the grievance.
(7) If the issue is not resolved, then both parties should go to a counselor to talk about the issue as a personal problem.
3. Other issues:
A. Trash is being left by people, it needs to stop, and people seen leaving trash will be given notice and subsequent violations will lead to warnings.
B. We have an officer account on facebook. Friend Occgguild@gmail.com.

That's done at the August Meeting as by that time people should be scheduled for classes for Fall, as that is the primary reason we are all on campus in the first place.
